More Weight loss
Long walks for 1 to 2 hours. Lost prob 3 or 4 more pounds.
Total about 17 pounds.
Lost interest in weight loss for a while. I kept on checking weights daily though.
Happy to say I still maintained pounds lost. Time to start again with the weather improving to walk daily. Stats will follow check back.

Lost 2 more pounds, total lost 15 pounds.
Made use of good weather yesterday and gone out twice for a long walk

Lost 2 more pounds in the past 2 weeks. Going very slowly since I stopped exercising. Will try to start again but generally not bad, total lost 13 pounds so far.
Still
Still applying all techniques I have listed in my earlier posts. Do not forget to check them out. Weight updates coming soon :)
Fluctuations
Fluctuations in weight are going to happen from day to day and from day time to night time. Do not let it upset you. It is the reason some say you should only check you weight once a week in the morning. I find it better to accept those fluctuation and check it every day as long was the weekly trend is down.

Back on track
Lost total 10.5 pounds
Small frequent meals. More vegetables. Less carbohydrates (bread, pasta, sugar)

Not so bad after all.....
After I gathered all my courage and stepped on the scale, turns out I am at X-8.
X is originial weight
8 pounds total lost
Bad news
Ok as you might have figured out by now. My diet is a mess after a trip abroad and tons of favorite food items.
Lesson learned be careful on vacation. Have to work on a new plan.
Excercise
We need to also develop it as a healthy habit. If you start an excercise program make sure to create a trigger for the even and a reward after finishing.
A trigger can be setting an hour aside every morning. A reward can be identifying the good feeling that follows or could be a small treat like a small piece of chocolate that is up to 50 calories or preferably less
Habit
Eating is a habit. Habits are usually a vicious circle. The reason why it is so hard to resist stopping by starbucks when we see one.
A habit is usually started by a trigger, then we go through a routine to end with a reward.
Unless the cycle is broken the habit persists.
