            hi  hi  ,  mooncakes  !  this  is  ur  local  idiot  ,  kacchan  ,  here  to  give  u  the  latest  news  on  the  local  feral  gremlin  ...  kacchan  !  i  have  a  lot  of  feelings  over  my  hero  academia  (  though  i  do  know  most  spoilers  ,  i  am  anime - centric  ,  so  forgive  me  if  i  don’t  seem  to  know  everything  !  )  &  needed  an  outlet  to  release  all  that  feral  energy  !  i’m  about  to  become  unintelligible  for  a  hot  minute  trying  my  best  to  write  an  intro  while  full  on  tortellini  ...  so  here  we  go  !

SUMMARY

oh  ,  to  grow  up  as  king  of  the  playground  ,  to  grow  up  praised  for  shallow  things  ,  to  be  idolized  for  flashiness  ,  to  become  an  absolute  menace  under  the  guise  of  becoming  the  best  .  katsuki  is  a  brave  &  good - intentioned  soul  ,  but  that  doesn’t  mean  he’s  kind  &  compassionate  .  

in  the  superhero  world  of  my  hero  ,  katsuki  grew  up  with  the  superpower  of  manipulating  explosions  .  his  sweat  acts  like  nitroglycerin  &  his  hands  can  ignite  them  at  will  .  he  uses  this  superpower  to  become  a  hero  ,  which  is  a  career  profession  in  his  universe  .  

katsuki  is  vulgar  ,  violent  ,  abrasive  ,  rowdy  ,  arrogant  ,  stubborn  ,  hot - tempered  ,  opinionated  &  so  intense  that  he’s  a  very  hard  pill  to  swallow  .  but  he’s  also  smart  ,  quick - witted  ,  aware  ,  proud  ,  inquisitive  ,  emotional  ,  headstrong  ,  apt  &  so  passionate  that  it’s  hard  not  to  cheer  him  on  when  he’  trying  to  reach  his  goal  .  

before  ,  that  goal  used  to  be  becoming  the  best  superhero  ,  one  that’d  even  surpass  his  idol  ,  all  might  .  however  ,  circumstances  led  him  to  origin  ,  where  he’s  spent  the  last  half - year  ,  learning  about  the  ways  of  the  strange  &  mysterious  town  while  also  earning  a  living  as  a  private  investigator  .  he’s  often  hired  by  attorneys  to  help  with  criminal  cases  ,  it’s  not  exciting  work  ,  especially  for  one  who’s  used  to  the  eccentrics  of  heroism  but  he  gets  by.  

katsuki  is  under  the  pretense  that  a  supervillain  who  can  create  portals  between  dimensions / universes  frequents  origin  because  it’s  such  a  dimensional  hot  spot  .  katsuki  is  willing  to  drop  everything  in  his  universe  because  he  believes  that  capturing  this  supervillain  will  save  a  lot  of  lives  across  the  entire  multiverse  .  this  is  his  current  goal  ,  however  ,  it’s  hard  to  be  undercover  at  times  &  he  has  a  tendency  to  scare  people  off  with  his  intensity  .  

for  connection  ideas:  someone  who  knows  of  his  private  eye  work  through  hearsay  or  whatever  &  either  doubts  or  is  in  awe  of  his  investigation  skills  —  someone  who  knows  his  true  goal  &  either  helps  him  with  it  or  shuts  it  down  —  rivals  in  anything  ,  katsuki  is  so  competitive  that  i  may  as  well  call  everyone  his  rival  —  people  who  can  translate  his  speech  from  his  usual  insults  to  actual  conversation  —  enemies  ,  like  so  many  enemies  please  &  thank  you  .  this  kid  is  rude  &  feral  ,  i  want  to  do  as  much  as  i  can  with  it  !
