As much as I would like to see Spotify Podcasts go away, I'm not sure this article actually proves that Spotify is indeed rethinking Podcasts

Yet another case of the US deciding to go it's own way when it comes to measures & standards. Thankfully they've decided to switch to the more widely used approach now - although I suspect it will only be limited situations (scientific measurements/military etc) and the vast majority of measurements will still be done in the old way.
