Hi guys I'm back 2 playing w101 after several months and it makes my ADHD brain go brr
The only problem is that I'm using my family's comp... mine has broken 3 different times in only 4 months so im working on getting ot replaced (WHICH SUCKS CUZ I PUT A VERY PRETTY STICKER ON IT THINKING ID HAVE IT A WHILE SINCE IT WAS A NEW LAPTOP AND I CANT GET A NEW ONE CUZ IT WAS LIMITED EDITION)

W101 Headcanons- What Happens In The Actual Classes: Storm
Tests
The tests/quizzes/exams dates are all provided on the syllabus at the beginning of the year
Unfortunately, there has only been one test that has actually happened on the scheduled date.
Things in the Storm School have a tendency to always get pushed back
Students like to ask hundreds of questions about the quiz, Professor Balestrom’s life, and the spiral right before the test so they run out of time
“Y’know, professor, you are such a handsome man! How did you get so handsome?”
“Well, since you asked-”
This tactic always works
But quizzes are ALWAYS on Fridays no matter what!
Professor Balestrom is putting his flipper down!!
The class is half full every day except for Fridays because that’s quiz day
Because of this, attendance is now mandatory and a sign-in sheet is provided at the end of class
But now, students don’t show up until the last 10 minutes of class to just sign the sheet
Someone is always late to class, even the teacher
The class ends at 9 and someone will walk in at 8:45 and act like they were there the whole time
The tests contain a lot of questions but are designed to be answered quickly
Storm wizards are generally fast test takers
So Balestorm gives the students 25 minutes to take the test and the other 35 minutes to learn a new material
But there’s always one guy that takes an L for the team and takes the whole class time to take the test, so the students don’t have to hear a lecture
Either get all the questions right because they're smart or their guessing skill is strong
In an attempt to get the class back on schedule, Balestrom introduces class participation quizzes (Basically the teacher reads out the questions out loud and everyone in the class has to answer one question)
You think everyone is dumb but everyone always turns into geniuses when it comes to participation quizzes
Homework
Puff Puff Pass the homework
Homework is a group effort-if you don’t share your answers, you get isolated you fool
Homework is either completely finished or half of it is done correctly and the rest of it is done with illegible chicken scratch
You can find the entire filled out worksheet online with one google search
Most students are smart enough to write the answers in their own words
Those who fail to do so fall right into Balestroms slippery trap
Homework is not really that hard, it’s just a lot of questions
Students
Very intelligent students but act dumb
It’s a lifestyle choice
Storm Wizards don’t study, smart or not, you either know the answers or you don’t
“Is this mandatory?”
Storm students are usually influential around campus and even have one of their own as the Student Body President (It was very shocking)
Everyone thought the Storm students were making a change in the right direction
Until the Storm students presented a petition to make dabbing legal on campus
The president immediately approved this, chaos has ensued ever since
They even got the petition signed by Cyrus Drake- DON’T ASK HOW
Storm wizards always have each other backs on everything (almost)
If one student is trying to get away with something another student will jump in and back them up
“I swear, Bartleby ate my homework! I’m serious!”
“No, really I witnessed it myself! He ravaged it like a hungry tree savage!!”
Good teamwork but will stab each other in the back when it comes to competing against each other
Used to receive good noodle stars and it quickly turned into a dangerous competition and a student set the good noodle board on fire
We don’t talk about it anymore

Storm wizards either dress very dapper like their professor or hobo chic

Storm wizards have a lot of friends but no one wants to fight together with them lol

Storm Students When The Professor Leaves The Classroom: A Saga
Everyone quickly leaves the classroom before he returns
Balestrom comes back and thinks he is hallucinating
Everyone dresses up like myth wizards and Balestrom thinks he’s teaching the wrong class
The whole class decides to attend Dworgyn’s lecture on death minions
Dworgyn is confused yet excited about double the amount of students. Balestrom thinks everyone suddenly dropped out in the middle of class
Suddenly everyone is in a tuxedo, the lights dim down, and there’s a spotlight at the front of the classroom
“Hello everyone and welcome to the 53rd annual Storm school roast! Today we’ll be roasting the wonderful Artur Gryphonbane!!”
“Artur, you good for nothing-”.
Sudden death pvp! Everyone insane bolts each other, until there is one man, left standing
Exams
The only times of the year you’ll find Storm Wizards actually studying (maybe)
The class is split into students who will study for the tests and student who will use the power of guessing
“Did you study for the exams?”
“Um, I was just gonna guess”
The exams are actually pretty hard
70 multiple-choice, 20 short answers, and one essay
Sounds not that bad but the questions are like,
During the beginning of the spiral, there was a drop of rain the fell onto a certain area of the Spiral. Where did the one raindrop fall?
Uhh is this even an actual event that happened?
“If I just guess and write A for all my answers, I have a 20% chance to get more right than just random guessing”
Like said before, a majority of Storm students are way smarter than you think
85% of the class will pass the exam
Cast one tempest for every storm wiz that failed tho
If they really dedicate themselves and focus, they will do really well
Field Trips
Sometimes the field trips are educational and most of the time it’s an excuse to get out of the classroom
For example: A trip to the beach to become one with the ocean
Go outside in the rain while holding metal rods to see which student gets struck my lightening first
A 3-day camping trip to Celestia to study the celestial environment
When in reality all they do is harass the crabs
End up with the whole class getting arrested
I mean their teacher is a jailbird what do you expect
Community service field trip to clean up Tritan Avenue
End up flooding the street
Field trip to visit the Kraken
End up trying to feed Professor Balstrom to the Kraken
