I work in a club that advertises $20 lapdances and $10 lapdances on Tuesday, and have worked in clubs where they don’t advertise dance prices at all so I’m gonna write about how to work with those kinds of club models.
First, no one can tell you what to charge for your dances if you are an independent contractor, and if they do, find a new club ASAP. Never work for someone who makes you charge only $20 or under because $20 isn’t that much and you never HAVE to charge that little for your time and effort if you are an IC. It’s illegal to force a independent worker to charge any amount, period. They can advertise $20 or $10 and you can still charge more, but if they are forcing you to stick to their model, they are breaking the law.
If you’re lucky and work in a club/ area where $60+ dances are normal, awesome, I’m sure you have your own system, but this is mainly for places that charge $20 for dances.
Ok, first my $20 dances are top on, light touching, no “naughty” stuff like grinding or any other extra things. And *****NO***** touching on the part of the customer. Most guys who get this dance are not big spenders, and they rarely get repeats. I find this system a good way to weed out shitty customers. You’re still getting $20.
My $40 dances are topless, grinding, and I let the customer touch my legs. If he wants to touch my boobs, he can do that for an extra charge in VIP where it is more private, because there are sooo many cameras in here and I don’t want to get in trouble! Or whatever you have to say, but touching boobies is not included in my $40 dance. I touch you with my boobies enough that you don’t need to touch them yourself unless you wanna go up to VIP. The $40 dance is where you know if you have a spender or not, especially if he buys multiples.
Selling multiple $40 dances is my favorite way to make money. When I started doing this, my income doubled. It’s exhausting and boring dancing 5 songs for only $100, and when I get bored, the customer gets bored and that means less money for me and less fun for the customer. So, package those $40 dances. Guys love discounts. I do 3 for $100, which is $20 off of 3 $40 dances. I’m making $100 in less than 10 minutes, and he is getting the best dances of his life by a girl who’s giving it her all because she knows she only has 3 songs to rock his world. More money, more energy, more repeat customers and more repeat dances has been my experience selling 3-for-$100s.
On days where they offer $10 dances, I usually don’t work, because I don’t fuck w cheap customers, but if I do, $10 will get you an air dance, top on. Absolutely no touching at all. Cheapness does not get rewarded. The other dances are still available at full price.
Now, on how to upsell those dances…
First things first, get him into the dance area as fast as possible. Do not sit for more than 3 songs without 1. asking for a dance 2. getting tipped or 3. him spending money on you (buying a drink, a rose, a pack of cigarettes etc). Within those 3 songs, work your stripper magic and get him back there. If he says “no” or “later” keep trying until he’s said “no” 3 times. By then, leave and don’t return and DO NOT sit with him any longer. The only reason guys come in and don’t spend is because girls entertain (sit and talk) them for FREE. Stop doing this, we are not here to get fucked up with customers or to chat w them about their lives until they have spent money on us and promise to continue doing so. If he hasn’t spent more than $10 on you and you’re sitting with him after 5 songs, he is playing you. Our time is money. Our time is not free. We are entertainment, not looking for a drinking buddy at the local bar. If you are getting fucked up w customers for free, you are doing everyone in the club a disservice and cheapening not only yourself, but the whole club.
When you get your customer back to the LD area, ask him before you start dancing if he wants the “Naughty dance” or the regular dance. Usually, they will say “NAUGHTY!” and then you tell him “ok, it’s just $40″ and start dancing. When the song ends, ask if he wants to keep going and say, “I also do 3-for-$100″. Most guys are so blown away by your dance that they immediately agree and you just made $100. Now, if a customer tries to haggle or argue w you, just walk away. Your dignity is more important than his sad sense of entitlement. I don’t really have customers get upset, it’s happened only twice, because when you charge more for topless, you say “hey, I’m expensive” and sets up an expectation that is high.
Sometimes customers ask what dance prices are and always tell them upfront. Start with the most expensive: $40 naughty dance, $20 regular dance. When they ask you what the difference is, say “the naughty dance is more intimate and sexy and I can get topless, which I can’t do in the regular dance, it’s much more fun, guys always go for the naughty dance”. When you get them back there and they have already gotten one dance, tell them about the 3 for $100 deal. “Let’s do another! I also have a 3-for-$100 special which is really popular” is the line I always use. Most guys say YES, and then after he gets one try to upsell to VIP or even more dances!
