“And why’d you think the only reason I will talk to you is to come and seek medical advices?

“Well in that case you heard the lady, get her a drink.” Ryan mused, motioning for the bartender as he spoke. “I hate to break it to you, but I don’t actually wear a uniform. Least I haven’t since I worked on the beat a few years back now.”
“Thank you, what a service!” Bambi teased softly as she got more comfortable in her seat, looking over at the man “Well too bad, I bet you would have looked really handsome in that uniform!”
“—Hey, just a heads up, it’s almost last call. Can I get you another drink?” he questioned, tapping his fingers against the counter. “Maybe get you a cab?”
“Another drink sounds like a great plan actually and that key...I mean the cab might be a good idea!” Bambi might have had a one or two drinks too much already but another drinks sounded just right. “I feel like you wanna call it a night though so I should probably just find my way out, right?”
“It’s just one drink –– What? You too good to be seen with a lowly officer of the law?“
“Not at all, actually I was just thinking that I absolutely want a drink too, most likely not just one and also that I do like men in a uniform!”
Lucas finally had the strength to leave his room and after days of being in observation and stuck in his room, the doctors had finally agreed that he was no longer a danger to himself at the moment. Lucas knew the procedures as a doctor and from experience and he also knew that he would it will be a few days before he could leave.
Lucas walked outside taking a breath of fresh air, “It is good not to be stuck in a whole for two days” he said out loud.
“Huh?” Bambi had just stopped by a bench, having to tie her trainers again which had come undone while she was jogging. It was then that she heard a voice close by and took her earplug out, looking over at the man “Sorry what did you say? My music was on quite loud!”
“You see, caramel macchiato is always my go-to coffee. Always. But then the problem is what to get for breakfast. Cream cheese bagel? Ham cheese sandwich? Egg sandwich?”
“This is why I stick to plain black coffee and a cream cheese bagel, or yogurt on days where I am not really hungry. Means I have less things to choose between!”

Phoebe had spent the majority of her night weaving through different crowds of people she knew. A good portion of those she considered ‘close friends’ had shown up for the event and of course, she couldn’t have been more thrilled. Sure, it meant juggling time to be with each of them, but she made due with that. First world problems, really. Too many people she liked, not enough time. However, after saying goodbye to an old friend of hers, Phoebe made her way up to the bar to order herself another water with lemon. Before she could even make it there, however, her blue eyes landed on a familiar face. Though her features didn’t seem too pleased. Seeing Bambi there with a strange man she had never seen before, caused Phoebe to stop in her tracks. It was only had she noticed the seeming nature of their encounter had Phoebe’s brows furrowed in confusion and pushed her to walk over there. “Hey, babe,” the blonde began as she walked over to the other and placed her hand on their back. She was hoping this was one of those situations where Phoebe was in need of saving her friend a man who wouldn’t take no for an answer. Not that she wanted Bambi to be placed in a situation like that, but she didn’t want to intrude had it not been. “I’ve been looking everywhere. Seems someone else has stolen you away from me.”
Spending the most of the night so far chatting with several people, some she had never seen before and some friends back from New-York who were now and Montreal or people she had met during the short time she had spent in the city so far. It had been a lovely and lively night though it was beyond Bambi how she had gotten spun into the conversation she was currently having. Or well, the conversation this man opposite to her was having with her breasts. She had tried several time already to get away, to end the conversation and had failed terribly every single time. It seemed that this would be a terribly long conversation, and a terribly dull one also. She was almost too lost in thoughts and in annoyance actually that she barely noticed Phoebes hand on her back, but broke into a happy and thankful smile when she saw the blonde. “Babe I must have lost you at the bar!” Would it have been on other circumstance Bambi would have probably told the man off nonchalantly but a charity gala seemed like the wrong moment to cause an eventual scandal. “Glad you found me again though, I already missed you! Oh and babe, this is...what was your name again?” Bambi asked the man opposite of her sweetly though he was already either imagining Phoebe and Bambi making out or was actually embarrassed too much to still answer. “Come on, lets get me a drink. Actually you could have brought me one since you were already down at the bar!” Bambi finally told Phoebe softly, pressing a soft kiss onto her cheek before she turned on her heels, her hand intertwined with Phoebes “How did you know? Was it so evident that I needed saving?”

Ally sighed, shaking her head. “Oh, you’d be surprised with that the paps will do to find a picture of me looking not so glamourous.” She said, shrugging. “Thanks for saying that. A lot of people don’t think that, that fame should allow you to have privacy, but I do. Everyone deserves privacy.” She said, and smiling softly. “You look lovely, by the way. Love that dress.”
“I’ve been there, I know the hassle. Its not like everyone chooses to be famous and even if you do you’re still allowed to have some privacy to some extend. I hope you can hide from everyone here for a while at least!” Bambi meant what she said, every single word of it. Publicity was a pain in the ass sometimes and she understood why the other woman needed to get away from it all for a second. “Oh thank you, I saw it and knew it was the one for tonight. I love your outfit too, you look stunning. Probably not really something people wont notice you in though!”
“What the hell–!” Ally exclaimed, looking behind her shoulder as she heard footsteps behind her. “Oh, I’m so sorry. I thought you were maybe the paparazzi. They keep trying to take a close up of my bruises, which is repulsive. I just…needed some air, that’s all.”
“No, no paparazzi, I dont think they’d actually follow you back here to be honest!” Bambi knew the hassle that sometimes came with publicity and paparazzi and since she had fled from a couple of back doors herself she understood why the other woman would hide out like that. “It does sound repulsive to be honest. I mean, you should be left alone and given space if you want and need it!”
Trent had decided to get some fresh air, he loved the cool night air. He had taken some pills earlier and was waiting for them to kick in. Trent was not sure how he was convinced to place himself for auction. Trent took out a cigarette from his pocket and lit. “Well tonight’s weather is not so bad and tonight should be fun. Hopefully, i hope something interesting happens”
Stepping out into the cool air honestly felt like a bit of a relieve. It was not like the gala wasnt fun, or exciting, but the room was extremely crowded and to just be outside by herself for a moment was a nice change. Searching for a lighter in her clutch bag was a bit distracted, only shrugging out of her own thoughts when she heard a voice “Oh nights like that always end up being fun, I think scandals are just waiting to happen on nights like these! “Do you happen to have a lighter, seems like I forgot mine at home!”

“So are you honey.” Vincent happily returned the compliment before he took a long drink from the glass he was holding. If he was honest, he’d considered not coming and just donating some money with no bids at all but he was all for the fun. “I’m winging it and seeing where the night takes me, how about you? Got your eye on a guy?”
He was used to venues like this at least in his early years he was, so as much as he sometimes hated them-this stuff came naturally.
“No, winging it sounds exactly like my plan as well, I did not really plan this night to be honest. Just decided that coming was the right kind of thing, for charity and for a bit of fun, right?” She wasnt all that sure about the whole concept of auctioning off people, but she knew it was for a good cause so it probably didnt do anyone much harm.
“There are so many gorgeous people here, honestly! I am just looking forward to see how everybody will look later when they’ll all let loose a little.” Bambi always tended to speak her mind freely and it was true, the entire venue was gorgeous and it seemed like everyone had made an extra effort to add up to make everything so beautiful.
Arabella had spent the last few hours getting ready for the charity gala and, if she was honest, she truly felt like a princess as she stepped out of the hired Rolls Royce she decided to get for the event. It had been a long time since she had been out so she had decided to make the most of it. Her custom Brandon Maxwell gown and coat was created due to a friendship formed a couple of years ago at one of Alessia’s events. And she was pleased with how it had turned out; she wore it with Tom Ford stilettos and diamonds set by her uncle in England as a kind gesture. As she walked into the venue, she looked around before she unbuttoned her white coat, handing it to the cloakroom, to reveal her white plunging cut out dress, that showed more than she was used to. But nevertheless she loved it and thought Brandon had created something that was both classy but also sexy since she was up for auction tonight. She walked into the main hall and began to look around for someone that she knew since she probably looked a lot different than what she was used to. “The place looks amazing,” she murmured to herself.
“The place looks amazing and so are you I’d say, this dress is to die for!” Bambi chirped quickly when she saw and heard the other woman and really, the dress she wore was divine, absolutely stunning. It was always nice seeing how many people made such an effort for charity events like that and Bambi really could spent hours looking around and looking at all the different people around and how everybody was mingling. Bambi wasnt usually someone who made an intense effort to get ready and she didnt either today, not a fan of looking too made up and yet it had taken her a while to decide on a dress that felt appropriate and right for the occasion and something she'd want to wear and dance in all night long. “How do you feel about a glass of champagne? I think we should find someone with a tray! Are you here to bid or actually part of the auction? Or just enjoying it all?”
