unpopular opinion i think people should really try to look on both sides of a story especially when you're not involved at all and there's either no proof or the proof is super outdated and jumbled

because you will never truly get a say if you aren't involved or know both sides

you could literally be supporting the bad side thinking its good because you don't know anything about the other side of the story

it's okay to remain neutral and believe one side a little more but its really not our place to make a solid judgement until we really know or if the other side just kind of runs away

#its so stressful because people will just blindly believe anything and i keep seeing it #especially if the situation shouldve been private and we have no place in making judgement until things are confirmed #like that one situation with the youtuber who i cant remember the name of #I've had someone make a callout on me out of their own anger and he admitted it was lies after. literally no one looked at my side #well some people did look on my side but Barely anyone. we didnt even ever talk to the person who made the callout #and the same thing is happening to so many others

random but even though its not a dni for me personally i really don't think anyone 12 or under should be on the social part of the internet at all especially without supervision it's so unsafe

like i got on the internet at 4 years old and i WISH someone wouldve taken the internet from me

and they'll be all like waaugghg thats too long!! trust me its not. years fly and you will be 13 before you know it and there's a possible chance that one day you'll look back at life and wish you weren't on the internet

#and no this isnt a hate post its just genuine concern #im mainly saying this because I've seen so many people under 13 in the dnb community #being into dnb and having a private friend group to talk about it is fine but. the rest is iffy #there are some pros to being on the internet while young because animation meme artists gave me inspiration and my art got better but still #and finding a support group online is cool too #because i have some online friends that have known me since i was 12 and they've helped me a lot #i hope i dont sound like a boomer but its like watching someone so vulnerable run out into a group of strangers #im not condoning full on age shaming either though that's stupid. if theyre on the internet safely good for them!
