hi, i'm very sorry for the sudden donation post but currently my family who lives in Venezuela is struggling with basic necessities such as food and services, specially my grandpa since he has health issues and hasn't been able to work as of late 😭
I'm really worried about them and we don't have enough money to help them get by so i would really appreciate monetary help right now, absolutely anything helps, even spreading this post.

Hello folks.
Normally I don’t make posts like this, but people within the Welcome Home fandom have been spreading false accusations about my friend Innito and me. Please read this when you have a moment.
Due to ongoing pressure to respond, we’ve put together a document outlining what actually happened and providing evidence to address those claims.
My silence has not been out of avoidance. I’ve been dealing with significant real-life stress while also being targeted from multiple directions online. Engaging in behavior meant to escalate conflict or provoke reactions is not something I’m interested in.
If I’ve blocked you, it’s because you’ve made your stance and associations clear. I generally try to assume good faith, but ongoing stalking, name-dropping, and public posts about being blocked cross a boundary. That behavior is unnecessary and unwelcome.
Please leave me and my friends alone. I will not be unblocking anyone who has chosen to fuel false claims made by Scribbles and others, or mock me and my friends, as this is for my own safety.
I will not apologize for caring about my community, my creative space, or the people I care about. Public mockery will not change my values or my boundaries. Anyone who chooses to mock those boundaries will be blocked and remain blocked.
We are not perfect, and we have never claimed to be. We care deeply about our community and about learning, growing, and doing better where we can. At the end of the day, we are still human.
I’m done giving my time and energy to people who have no interest in understanding the full situation or are acting in bad faith, and I won’t be engaging in further drama. I’d rather devote my attention to creating and growing my platform instead.
Replies to this post will remain limited for now. I will not add tags because the idea of this being a whole public spectacle is ridiculous. This is not out of avoidance, but to protect my mental health. I’ll be stepping away for a bit. Let us go our separate ways. Please do not harass anyone involved.
OK, this started as an exploration of Remderem. I still think there is something to this, and I have a new theory.
It begins with r/welcomehomearg and u/WhereAreMyChappals. They theorize:
The black moon is suspect. Could be a new moon, but a fully black moon is a choice. I think this might be a pupil/eye
W has been staying awake, so is this targeting them, in an attempt to put them to sleep?
There was a third, but I lost it, because I was off on a tangent.
First, I decided to look at awayfrompryingeyes again, especially the description of Commercials. I have talked about old TV before, but this is going a bit of a different direction. So W tells us these things:
Once they went to sleep, these things on the TV never came back
They contradict themselves by saying that the videos played one after the other and then later saying that they played for a bit then would disappear, and then they would have to search the other channels to find more. They said they compiled the videos, but you wouldn’t need to if they are one after the other. Eventually, they were overcome by the need for sleep and the lack of finding more.
Compiled seems to insinuate that there were breaks between the videos and that the jumps are either the mysterious channel switching or that it is their edits to put them in a compilation.
They also say a few strange things about recording: they couldn’t record, they didn’t think to record, they got stills. We’ve seen a video of a recording of the TV with a lot of static, and then we have recording from a TV, like with a VCR.
Then they said the channel it appeared on doesn’t make any sense.
OK, first. Which TV does W have. We have 3 tv’s so far:
This is my best guess as to the TV W has. We have the phone and the notebook there that we know belongs to W. The still image here is very similar to the ones included on the webpage, which features the Cinderella story. The tv in question is what appears to be a 90’s or early 2000’s tv. I don’t believe it has a built in VCR, which leaves the questions as to how W is recording the videos.
So, I used to think that this TV is the same TV as in the Staff Only room (before it is switched out). However, now that I look again, the brand of the TV isn’t right below the screen.
I don’t think this is exactly it, but I think we can see beveled edges on the side that might provide the reflection that you see in the dark image. So, this is TV 1 or my closest approximation to it.
TV 2 is the first TV we see in Staff Only. It has a note to call and get it repaired right away if it goes out. The same phone and notebook are in front of it, but it has been established by QA that this notebook isn’t theirs and it shouldn’t be written in. (they also say to not write in theirs, but it is clear that this isn’t theirs.) We also have pictures of the interior of this notebook that describes the initial discovery of welcome home and how the person who discovered it feels like it is a prank directed at them, as well as some child-like drawings. The major reason I don’t think it was QA all along with TV #1 is because W mentions specifically QA’s insanity like it was someone else, making W and QA different people. We have each person confirming they aren’t the other.
We can also see that this TV doesn’t have the beveled edge, does have the brand name in the bottom center of the TV, and based on the size of the phone, is smaller than TV 1.
They don’t seem to have a reason to lie on the secret page. In the series of Staff Only images, the TV gets replaced, presumably because it broke.
Here is a pic of a TV like this:
It looks to be bigger. The smaller version of this was designed to be like a kid’s room TV. The one in the Staff Only image has a slanted outward bottom, so this isn’t the same TV, but is a similar style. It is listed as late 90’s, early 00’s.
According to google image search, this is the TV. It looks like it. So this is a TV, cassette, and Radio combo, which has VHF, UHF, FM and AM. The buttons across the bottom are power, function, tv type, am/fm, and volume.
I did some additional research this time, though. The comment, “the channel it appeared on doesn’t make any sense,” made me think of AUX. I have an old post that goes into detail about how TV worked prior to the 2000’s, from the perspective of a Gen Xer. This is a bit different than that, but if you want a primer, you can find it on my blog. As a young person, AUX was a set up that allowed you to plug in another device, say your game console, into the tv. You’d choose aux, which may still be an element of the input function of a TV. There were cables you plugged in, a video feed, audio feed, and ? in red, yellow, and white connections. But I don’t think this would be it. The original TV here does appear like it would be from that era, though. A lot of them this size would have the connectors for the aux cables on the front.
The third tv/radio/cassette player is from around 1988. I went to look up what weird channels a TV with a knob would have and discovered the UHF/VHF thing again. I mentioned this briefly but didn’t look into it much. So, old TV’s like from the 70’s and early 80’s had two knobs. The one on the top was 2-13 and made a satisfying click. That’s the one we used. The one on the bottom is UHF, which is short wave and had channels 14 to around 83. These short wave channels were local or educational TV. This is where I have a small breakthrough. When Sesame Street launched in 1969 (same year as Welcome Home) it was on UHF. This was a problem because Sesame Street was created by Jim Henson and the Children’s Television Workshop to address the fact that children, particularly from minority and poor populations, or the inner cities, were lagging behind when entering school. Essentially, they televised preschool. Despite this being their target audience, to have a TV with the two knobs at this time, you had to be solidly middle class. Cheaper TVs only had the VHF knob. So, people worked to establish PBS as a national network on the VHF. (The PBS is in danger kids, support them if you can.) I found this interesting because of the fact that W is not expecting to find them on this channel. The TV I anticipate they were using was the 90’s version, but we do have the 1988 version, and that version does still have the UHF. Is it possible that W found these videos on the UHF channel? It could make sense, in a way. If Wally knows how to use TV, (and he does appear to know how) he might know how to use UHF, not VHF. Also, the UHF has a much weaker signal than the VHF, so that would make sense too. He might not have the power or the understanding to co-opt the VHF. Meanwhile, TV is digital now, so he may not get that at all.
We know that W recorded the commercials, but we aren’t sure how. I think they would have had to come up with a VCR, since neither of these units have a built in VCR function. Wally probably wouldn’t know about those either, since they don’t really come around until 1975 and aren’t popular in homes until about 10 years later.
The 1990’s tube TV would have had about 125 potential channels if you had cable. If you didn’t you were looking at somewhere between 5 to 12 channels, depending on your location. What I’m getting at here is that W’s “weird channel” is probably either aux or UHF.
So that’s the channel info I found. I don’t know if this is useful, as the TV we have seen the actual show (the Julierella cartoon) on is the 1990s version. Oh, and since TV is digital now, you can’t get antenna TV. You have to have an adapter. So W shouldn’t be able to see anything on the TV if it doesn’t have the box. I don’t know why I think it matters, but it might. I think there is something here about Wally’s ability to communicate, since he tells us about being able to find us or not find us, see us but not see us.
