The method of foreskin restoration I use is using Mefix tape with the ComforTug Tugging Strap. I used to use the TLC-X and, before that, the TLC Tugger, but I wasn’t getting as good results as I do using Mefix tape. Some people get really good, fast results using those products, but I had a couple of problems with them that I can discuss in another post.

Here is a video of the method I use now. I choose to restore at night while I sleep because I work during the day and am in the presence of people and restoration devices and straps are really noticeable under pants. Restoring at night can be kind of risky if you get a lot of erections while you sleep, but I’ve never had any problems. Just be careful and listen to your body. I try to keep it on for 9 hours every night, give or take a couple hours. Never more than 12. If I leave the tape on for too long I get little cuts on my penis where the tape was. I usually stop restoring until they disappear so they don’t scar. This makes the whole restoration process take even longer, so I definitely recommend you avoid getting those cuts in the first place. To remove the tape you have to get it wet first. I usually take it off in the shower. I highly recommend this method if you’re looking for comfort and ease.

I was deep in thought last night, I came to the conclusion that in comparison if I were not able to taste food but I can still digest I am missing out on the the experience of tasting and enjoying my food! So me being Circumcised is similar as yes I was fortunate that I can achieve an orgasm, but I am not getting to experience the full sensation and pleasure of being intact! There are parents who think piercing a baby’s ears is a huge, enormous violation of bodily autonomy but don’t regard circumcision to even be an issue at all. No, that’s right, putting a 16g (3/64") hole in a baby’s earlobe is over the top, but slicing off one of the most sensitive parts of their genitals isn’t.

Oh, and then there’s those really hypocritical people that believe that everyone should leave their body natural (no piercings or tattoos or plastic surgery) even if you're a consenting adult because god or some bullshit, but they circumcised or plan to circumcise. All of a sudden nature doesn't know best? OK...

I’ve heard a lot about how circumcision is mutilation and that you should wait until the boy is old enough to decide for himself and I’m like… Thank god my parents made that decision for me. Perhaps it was torture, but I have zero memory of it, and the benefits of not having that extra skin far outweigh the cons. It would be far worse if I had decided to undergo the procedure as an adult and had every memory of it.

It may be unpleasant for a bit, but it’s really just some unnecessary extra skin and it’ll look better afterwards and it’ll be easier to avoid infection. The boy will be fine without it. Yes, there might be a slight risk of death with circumcision, but there’s risk in everything really.

Every medical procedure, especially when babies are involved, includes a certain degree of risk. But just because a precious few infant boys die, while tragic, from this procedure does not make it bad. I had the procedure done when I was an infant and my life is perfectly normal. And for the record, it isn’t as if my orgasms are horrible. If you wouldn’t circumcise your son’s penis, fine, but I have the right to make health care decisions for my own son.

It gives him a penis that looks like that of other boys, and of his father, which will I’m sure be a comfort that he doesn’t look abnormal. Plus it makes it easier for me to wash, and let’s be real, anything that means I have to spend less time handling another male’s dick when he’s in the bath is something worth looking into. Lol.

Circumcision is becoming less practiced in the U.S. to the point that seeing an intact penis is not going to be abnormal. If the trend continues, he will be abnormal for being circumcised. But that’s not really what is important. I mean, do you really want to teach your son that he needs to surgically alter his body for others? That’s not good parenting.

Also, the foreskin is fused to the head of the penis (glans) for the first few years of life. It will probably continue to be fused well past the time you’ll be teaching him to wash himself. You don’t pull back the foreskin because of the fusion. It would hurt him if you did. Thus, cleaning an intact penis (just cleaning what you see) is actually easier than cleaning a circumcised penis. When his foreskin is retractable, he can wash it himself. All you would have to do is ensure he knows how. If that’s too much job for you, I suggest not becoming a parent until your ready to do it right.

I stopped wearing the Your Skin Cone for a couple days to see what my restored foreskin would do. I normally wear it 24/7, except when using the bathroom or showering. Most of my restored skin rolled back as expected, but some of it remains covering the corona all the time. I still have a long way to go, but being able to see the results is such an exciting thing.
