I see improvement but I may have just gotten lucky + used a better brush

I worked on and off on this for months thankfully I'm finally done! It was a struggle to find good references for the palace so I had to take some creative liberties. :P

It also helps how inconsistent his face is throughout the movie so I can make imperfections and it looks fine because his nose and face change randomly because of the animators
Also, I know he's missing the buttons on his hat, I just really didn't want to draw them

A little crossover that occurred to me: I recently rewatched the movie "The Thief and the Cobbler" and noticed that he looked a little, just a little, physically like Onceler.
The film is a gem of animation, I highly recommend it.
