I have to admit following the plan can be a bit difficult when I am also dealing with my depression. But I noticed my cravings aren’t as bad. I have a new strong desire to make it happen so I’ll be working harder than ever. For the most part I follow the plan. I get peckish sometimes.

Every Monday I will be posting my current weight and photo so I can keep track of my progress. I’ve decided my goal weight will be 120lbs. It’s a soft goal as this is more about getting fit and loving myself than the number on my scale but it’s a guideline and a way to keep track of my success as I go.

2 week meal/teatox plan
Breakfast: (6am-10am) -2 Slim Capsules 1/2 hr before shake. -Shake -Morning Teatox -1 Burner Capsule -Bottle of water (500ml) Lunch: (11:30am-2pm) -2 Slim Capsules 1/2 hr before shake -Shake -1 burner Capsule -1 Bottle of water (500ml) Dinner:(4:30-7pm) -2 Slim Capsules 1/2 hr before shake. -Very small meal. -Bottle of water Pre-Work Out Snack: (On Work Out Days) -150 Grams of fruit (Apples/kiwis/strawberries/blueberries) -1 Burner Capsul -Bottle of water (500ml) 8:30pm: -Night Teatox -Botthe of water (500ml) -No alcohol -No salt added to dinner -No Sauces on dinner -Little to no cooking oil
Here is the supplement and work out boosting set I purchased. I was surprised how good the shake tastes. I’m excited to keep track of my results. I’m hoping to achieve an amazing booty by my birthday. We’ll see how it goes!
