Lancelot

Let me write at least two little words to express how fucking I love this character: Lancelot is the perfect synthesis of his parents, sweet like Elaine, badass like Ban. Starting from the charadesign, the shape of his eyes are like Ban’s eye (eyelash in the corner of the eye are sharp) ,while the iris is like Elaine’s one, but raspberry colored with some depth inside. I appreciate so much that Nakaba gave to him the same haircut of his daddy (that one at the end of manga and in the oneshot) but of a great and warm yellow. I’m pretty curious to see how much tall he will become once adult.

Despite the fact that he is only 16 years old, he seems pretty overpower, and this is understandable given that we are talking about the most famous and beloved knight of the Breton cycle. But also we are talking about the union of one of the great Seven Deadly Sins and a royal member of the fairy clan, who shows some good characteristics: he masters the use of weapons (and it’s surely due to the training with Jericho) but has also “fairy powers” like the ability to transform into a fox (and this make me think to King). But i think that the most interesting feature is that possibility to read others hearts, just like his mother. This is something very useful during a fight, because it allows him to predict the opponent’s moves. The only way to beat him would be the ability to hide intentions by certain kind of magic (and I have the impression that the only one who can really do it is Arthur). I love the fact that he’s so sure of himself, with a pinch of salt in his behaviour (Lancelot is of course a tsundere like Elaine, and that’s adorable??) and i find this thing already a chara development from the one shot, in which he needed to feel valued by his father, taking him as a model and trying to equal him as much as possible.

I would say that he has succeeded in his intent ;) they’re so much alike <3

And i mean, he’s beauty, he’s grace but will punch you in the face ;’))))

I don’t want to add too many trivia that any other fan might add, but i’m really excited and i can’t wait to see more of him as the story unfolds, especially the relationship he will have with Tristan!
