Exactly. I want to get on a forum and say to anyone filing insurance claims or has filed, remember your adjuster is restricted by the policy contract. If you receive a survey and rate it poorly or anything less than 90% you are effecting someoneās job and their ability to keep that job. If you are upset with something outside their control do not take it out on them. Find a different outlet. If you had a good experience do the survey and rate them a 90% and above you could be saving your favorite adjusters job
If you donāt like the settlement amountā- adjusters donāt control that donāt ding them
They donāt control the rental branches or shopsā-they try to communicate the best they can.
When top employees are subjected to reviews of people who are upset on things an adjuster canāt control- their anger can lead to people being fired for those same items they canāt control.
