what multiaccounting anon is saying isn’t too far off. everyone’s worrying so hard about their own dragons or how shady one particular infamous player is that they don’t care what one incognito account (or several) will be doing.
if you’re overseeing 1000+ accounts for one site (as a banhammer mod), are you really gonna catch one being a mule for another? and don’t give me the EXTREMELY obvious examples of funneling cuz if you make it obvious, you deserve the bans. i mean genuine attempts to pass off as 2 different people. which isn’t hard.
which you can dodge if you really cared. because proliferating the dragon economy is more important than if you had two accounts at once lol
on another pet site that i was a mod on, we could view accounts that had the same ip on a user’s profile page
so sometimes we’d just dig through random profile pages and view different users and determine if they were multiaccounting
