Yo. It makes me sad to read that bboys in rich countries are also poor.
That means bboys in our poor country are much more poor.
Take note that you can use the bboy approach in all aspects of life.
“Anything you lack is your weakness.”
If you’re poor, your weakness is money.
But if you’re smart, use your brains to get money.
Just like using powerful footwork to compensate for your lack of power moves, you’ll need to learn to do some power in the future if you want to be the best.
So in time, you’re gonna have to find a way to get or make money. (Through talent, hard work, hustling, smarts, beauty, whatever.)
The best way for me is to get an education.
Don’t get me wrong, you don’t need to study in some expensive university to get an education.
Just like you don’t need to train at a studio to be dope.
Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, if they didn’t drop out, maybe they wouldn’t be billionaires… But I’m not saying y’all should drop out…
Get an education, in any way you can. Then make good decisions in life. You’re not a bboy for nothing. All that confidence, strategy, strength—use it to be a better person. That’s what was given to you by the Almighty. Use the seeds, grow, harvest.
You’re not young forever. And for competition bboys, one major injury and that’s it.
When you compete, you think about your next opponents, and you get ready for them. Well in life, your next opponents will be responsibilities, adulthood.
You better battle life, and smoke it.
