I posted this to Facebook but for all of you who don’t know my real name, I want to celebrate that it’s been two years since my last seizure. I know that some of you may not know that I have epilepsy but it is something I have been dealing with for the past like 5 years. It’s rough. I’m on meds but the seizures have come at times without warning. It makes me nervous. Nervous about driving.... going out.... etc. I still have these things they call “auras” but nothing has happened. It’s held me back in some ways but knowing it has been two years, and the meds must be working, gives me a lot of confidence for the future.
