100 Days of Yoga

Just completed Day 7 of my own personal goal of doing at least 20 minutes of yoga daily for 100 days. Already I feel transformed by this practice. 

I started with just simple poses I remembered from classes I have enjoyed. Then a friend mentioned YogaGlo. This has simplified my personal practice so much. I am able to search for just what I need, in all the categories that matter.

Just walked around to find out what my unschooling kids are up to. 2 1/2 year old is putting her clothes away. Almost 5 year old is discovering that soapy water cleans muddy dishes. 7 year old is doing "stuff" in the sun with her flowers, drawing paper and tablet, and 13 year old is testing the theory that dropping a battery on its end (flat side, negative) will tell you if it's full or drained. #unschoolinginthenow
