A certain manager telling me if I don't clean up my look she will take my shifts away/if the area manager comes in I'll get fired on the spot. First of all, that put my motivation to come to work down another 50%. Also pretty sure I can't just get fired on the spot for that. Also there are worse things happening in the store that you know of. The tiny bits of metal in my nose are the least of your problems.
