Made with the Lapse It Pro app on a Galaxy S3, I tried this app for the first time in Istanbul, Turkey. It's a fun and easy app to use so I after a few years of being locked away on one of my harddrives I decided to stitch some of them together. In the first shot you can see Tina and me doing some work-out in the down left corner ;)

Vrijdag 6 maart zijn er zo'n duizend zeeforellen losgelaten in het Lauwersmeer. Naar Deens voorbeeld gaan sportvissers, het waterschap, natuurorganisaties, waaronder de Waddenvereniging, en verschillende overheden de samenwerking aan. Zij willen de terugkeer van deze iconische trekvis combineren met het verbeteren van de waterkwaliteit en het ontwikkelen van het Lauwersmeer als sportvisbestemming.

Pulled Apart By Horses like you’ve never heard them before, for them it was the second time in the band’s existence that they played acoustic. Even more special was the fact that I got the chance to record them playing acoustic for the first time in history of the band. You have to compare this session to their original version. The Jezabels - The End
The Village Sessions were recorded at the ‘Welcome to the Village’ festival near Leeuwarden (The Netherlands). The crew of ‘Pelican Sessions’ headed out to capture an selection of amazing artists and bands during the festivities. One amazing performance in the press bus by the Jezabels, these Aussies gave me goosebumps while recording. I didn’t knew the band (, bad research Bart), but as always it was fun recording. Being at special locations at Welcome to the Village give an extra vibe to most artists playing for the Village Sessions, sometimes there is room for audience but in the bus I was already bumping into Wander while setting up the camera’s. The singer is also a chill lady, after the recordings we relaxed for a few moments together chatting away until it was time for her to perform on the big stage. Enjoy! One of the best bands of Belgium right now if I believed the stories, I didn't knew Marble Sounds but was pleasantly surprised by their performance. Fragile, sensitive and full of emotions is how I experienced their song.

One of Leeuwarden's local musicians, Leonard's solo project is bringing you back a few generations. Playing on the well at 1AM the scenery looked amazing, the crowd also created a nice atmosphere that gave Leonard and us energy for one last session for that day.
