I have bad news.
About a week ago, some issues with my computer started happening. Since then, the issues have become more frequent and have gotten MUCH worse. I guess it shouldn’t be a surprise since I’ve probably been killing my computer slowly with my massive mods folder on a lower-level laptop. Not only can I not risk fully killing my computer (I cannot afford a new one), if I am unable to resolve the issues, even in the best case scenario, they render the Sims totally unplayable.
So with a heavy heart, I am going to have to remove the Sims from my computer and say farewell to my simblr.
With great sadness, I have to say goodbye.
I knew that eventually this day would come, but I didn’t expect it to be so soon or for this reason. For the record, I am not going to delete this account, so everything I have posted will remain. I also still have a queue of about another week of cc posts (all of which, I think, were requests) and around a month-ish of my gameplay.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU so much to all of you that have been a part of my simblr community and have given me love, especially to my gameplay. I NEVER would’ve imagined how much my simblr would grow. I restarted playing the sims and later my simblr during what was the most difficult and painful season of my life, and I get to say that I’m on the other side of that now and my simblr absolutely helped give me a source of fun and joy and helped me get through. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will miss you.
