This stunning illustration of Worick was drawn by Kurita Shinichi, best known as the character designer for the Death Parade anime (which Kohske loved). Fantastic work, don’t you think? HAH. probably tbh like, you wouldn’t expect it out of her, but loretta would have hella school spirit, even if her high school sucks at sports. she’d get super intense and competitive LAUGHS and um!!! yes i went to sports games, i just liked being surrounded by people

yoooo i got super into high school basketball this year?? and i’m still highkey upset my team didn’t make it to state smfh

YES. HELLA!!!!!!! i don’t really know… i think it’s just the idea of my character being at their weakest, their darkest — there’s a lot of opportunity for character study and introspection!! idk it’s fun + v +

well, it depends on the severity! if the streets aren’t flooding and there are no weather hazards, loretta will probably continue her business as usual!! if there’s a flood warning or something, she’ll probably sleep in for the morning and then drag herself out of bed. she’ll eat lunch and then shower. LAUGHS  STARE OUT THE WINDOW DRAMATICALLY

and iiiiiiii just go about my day normally. except A FLOOD OR TORNADO WARNING WON’T STOP ME. war flashbacks to hydroplaning………………….

I don’t know about inspire, but i’m sure it calms her!! and ummm probably lost stars by adam levine, but i like the lunafly’s cover!!!!

So the purpose of this meme is to give a little info on your muses without having to rely on others to fill your ask with meme questions. I know how disappointing it can be to come back to an empty ask so I wanted to create a meme that anyone and everyone can do (mun and muse).

The rules are simple, you do not need to be tagged to fill out the questions, but once you have you must reblog and tag 10 of your followers to spread the love (as well as add a question of your own to the bonus section). You can fill it out as many times as your heart desires (we all know muses can change with their character development.)

1. What is your favorite word?: "I like the sound of mercy." A light, brief laugh. "Both literally and phonetically. It's a shame that mercy comes at such a high price, at times."

She shakes her head. "Isn’t there a similar word in French? Merci, right? Except, there’s a bit of a different emphasis on the last syllable. And the meaning is different. Thank you, isn’t it?" A pause, as if taking time to consider. "This one too. I like this one."

2. What is your least favorite word?: "What’s the point of having a least favorite word? You’re probably going to have to use it at some point, either way." She purses her lips.

"...but, if I had to choose one, it would be almost. Almost there, almost good enough. But not quite."

3. What turns you on?: A strangled noise sounds from the back of her throat, clearly taken by surprise. Her composure quickly returns, though.

"Homicidal urges." A beat. "That was a joke."

4. What turns you off?: "Bad hygiene."

5. What sound do you love?: "Clinking glasses."

6. What sound do you hate?: "Whining."

7. What is your favorite curse word?: A small, bemused smile. "Bastard."

8. What profession other than yours would you like to attempt?: "If I had half the talent Alex does, I’d probably sing professionally." Taps her chin, thoughtful.

"But I don’t. So maybe I’d go into law enforcement. I wouldn’t want to be away from these streets, that’s all I know."

9. What profession would you not like to do?: "A cleaner."

4. Sexual Preference? In the flattest tone of voice. "Boys."

5. What position do you sleep in?: "On my side, curled into a ball."

6. What if someone told you…you HAD to lose, just this one time? "It depends on the stakes. If they’re high enough, even if I have to lose, I wouldn’t be able to afford surrendering without a fight."

7. If you were a mythical creature which one would you be? "God." A beat. "Just kidding."

8. If you could live in any sort of environment (with your choice of inhabitants, climate, etc.), what would it be? Describe it. "I’d live in Ergastulum. The same place, the same people. Although... it wouldn’t hurt if things were a bit more peaceful."

9. If you could gain one super power (that you don’t already have), what would you want it to be? "The ability to breathe underwater. Maybe, I’d find Atlantis that way."

10. If you had the choice between dying to save someone you love, or live on knowing you didn’t save them, which would you choose? "Why is it necessary to sacrifice anyone at all? Why can’t you have the best of both worlds?" She huffs and turns her face away.  "Of course, I’d prefer to save someone over living a life full of regrets."

11. If you had the money or confidence to wear whatever you wanted, what would you wear? "You word this question in a way that implies that I have neither.”

A sigh. “Maybe I’d frolic around in my underwear or, even better, butt-naked. I don’t know.”

   Why, he’s never been more offended— a loud and irritated grunt leaving his lips the moment Loretta pinches his cheeks, and he leans his head back to release this death grip the brat has on his face. With little luck considering how damn close in height they are. So, he hatches the bright idea to ruffle her hair up out of place, creating a knotted mess of her blonde hair.

   —He now remembers why Nina is the only kid he can tolerate hanging out with for more than twenty minutes.

The nerve! If she wasn't above petty pursuits, she'd wear steel-toed boots and make a pastime out of stepping on Nicolas' feet.

Loretta's promptly caught off-guard and she stumbles backwards. The blonde nearly falls on her rear, but manages to steady herself at the last minute. Surprisingly enough, she hasn't lost hold of Nicolas, unrelenting in her pull, and drags him along with her — she hasn't lost this battle yet!

Loretta emits the most unattractive snorting sound at the sudden attack, her first instinct to slap away Nicolas' hand. Instead, she stomps her feet on two of his own, fingers pinching at the old man's cheeks and spreading them as wide as possible.

“You… want me to help you bake a cake?…” The woman questioned aloud, attempting to have Loretta clarify exactly what and why she needed Alex specifically for this… particular ‘job’.

When Alex answered the phone and perceived her voice from the other end of the line, she immediately assumed that someone of Loretta’s status was seeking out the Benriya with the intention to hire some muscle, or perhaps sweepers. Of course, that didn’t happen to be the case this time around.

"I was thinking marble. Or, maybe, chocolate would be better? I don't know his favorite flavor — if he even has one — so maybe chocolate would be safe..."

Loretta makes a strange, frustrated noise from her end of the phone line. This isn't supposed to be complicated. This is supposed to be a relatively simple and menial task that even she, with all her sheltered upbringing, should be able to accomplish.

And yet here she is, having a difficult time deciding on on what kind of cake she wants to bake.

It doesn't occur to her that this job is at all odd or any different from the ones she's hired Benriya for in the past. Which is to say that Loretta has most likely asked lesser of Nicolas and Worick, even before Alex's arrival.

Suddenly, there's the sound of, presumably, her refrigerator door closing, followed closely by her groaning. "I thought that I'd have eggs at least, but I guess not."

How annoying. They'll have to waste time buying ingredients, then.

"We're going to the market. I'll arrange for a car to come pick you up. Be ready in ten." Loretta hangs up without waiting for Alex's answer, forget about a farewell.
