This has been a chronic issue in regards to getting my issues addressed. Since March 30th, 2019 They told me The S21 Ultra would be an upgrade from my Note 9.. It was the start of a nightmare..They made me pay again to upgrade to an S22 Ultra, that though a better phone then the S21 Ultra..Not handling 5g Data and Telecommunications at the same time.. They eventually told me 5g is an ongoing progress..Period.. Many hours on the phone.. my household income is 375k a yr.. The monthly compensations are nothing to what I lost as income..Disgraceful.. This S22 now has charging issues.. It does not charge well as the adaptor is not working properly.. Today I called as the replacement was due to arrive Jan 10th, 2023.. no emails or updates Jan 11th, 2023.. I called TMobile and Monica..I thought did a diligent job checking and finding the phone at the TMobile store in Feasterville PA.. on Street Rd..
She told me to go there and the phone was there.
I went to the store, the gentleman who greeted me was very arrogant and, after I asked about the phone, asked me if I had my data backed up.. I asked why? He said because we don't transfer data to the new phone.. and left it at that.. I thought I was gonna lose my data.. so I asked again..He was more assertive this time and said they only switch the SIM card..That I would lose the data if I didn't have it backed up..I asked, backed up were?! He said in the cloud!! I said what cloud?! He did not answer me.. He checked on the phone and said it was not there.. I told him the service rep. Told me it was there.. He then went to the back of the store, came back and told me it was there..and said the phone would nit be ready for another hour.. I was fuming...I need my phone..I had to record a commercial for RESCU..The first responders unit..and a Rescu meeting at 7:30 pm... I am beyond disappointed with TMobile.. Again I have a half phone and I paid in full.. This will be blasted and I am looking for change.. They called me back and I was not able to answer..I was doing the commercial!!!
