the helmet design is pretty to me and he has other nice design elements. helmeted man with his upper torso exposed (yes you can see his navel, finally a case where it isn't covered by a belt or part of a harness. and, unlike with most stylized cartoons in this vein, they also drew his nipples yay yippee wahoo). yes his voice fits him well imo. yes he is simultaneously threatening and campy. yes it's an (quoting CJ) "aah shit, here we go again…" situation for me
