Daedra might have found the discussion of the pokeball theory as well as the concept of a 'Pokemon Professor' very enthralling, but currently she was just too focused on the cute little rock creature before her. It was a bit hard not to pay attention to him, all posh and self-assured in his stance~ The redhead let out a giggle as the Nosepass offered her a bow in greeting, to which she could only bob her head in reply.
"It sounds like he had a similar experience as you did with the Pearl Clan," she noted, turning her gaze back up towards Ingo. Though she was unsure what a magnemite was, other than one of the Pokemon residents of the mountain. "Perhaps that's why you get along so well! I'm glad you both ran into someone who was willing to help you!"
Daedra watched the Pokemon shift himself with precision, bowing in earnest in a particular direction in the cave.
"So... they just all know which way north is?" she asked in astonishment, blinking at the fact. "Just on their own? I can see how that would be helpful when trying to get somewhere. Wish I had that confidence," she added with a self-mused sigh.
It wasn't so much a lack of confidence. Daedra generally had that when she chose where to go, it was just her being incorrect in her choice much of the time~
"Zubat and Golbat," Daedra couldn't help but hum in thought, catching the names Ingo addressed. She could have sworn there was a third type of bat she's seen on occasion, but it was always hard since the bats seemed to flutter off any time she wanted to say hello.
How strange.... the petite woman thought, getting to her full height once again. As her legs straightened, all the bells on her dress jingled in response, seemingly echoing into the various dips and turns of the cavern. Truly a mystery what would alarm such acute hearing-sensitive creatures...
"My, you really know all about the local Pokemon, Warden Ingo," Daedra couldn't help but comment, clearly very impressed with the skill. "I'm afraid I can't even figure much of their names yet, save the few I can recognize from back home. Some I have picked up from word of mouth though--- right, Gible?"
Once again, Daedra smiled down at her little friend as she tried yet again to prompt their attention. Gible was intent to not budge, clearly enjoying his snooze, even when the redhead gave him a few gentle pokes upon the crest of his head.
Only a scrunchy face in return. No good!
Daedra, hardly bothered, merely let out a bemused sigh before crouching again to gather the little legged shark in her arms. She needed a moment to adjust herself, as the Ground Pokemon weighed a bit more than he looked, but the redhead could manage. He wasn't as hefty as some of them could be!
"I guess you get an easy way out the cave this time!"
Daedra couldn't really fault Gible for his nap. Afterall, being out in the wild and open, one had to always remain alert and on edge at all times! It was clear he felt content enough to let his guard down a little, so she couldn't exactly admonish him for that. She took it as a compliment.
Plus, she liked getting to hold the Pokemon when she could. Even if Gible in particular had some pretty sandpapery skin!
"We'll leave the navigation to you and Nosepass then, Warden Ingo! Whenever you're ready!"
