Ahhh these final coats turned out perfectly!! I loved Slayers as a kid and did you know that there are audio books of that series? It's read by Lina's voice actor.

I received Beatrice as a gift from my mold maker... And what a rabbit hole I've gone down. I've been reading the Umineko manga daily. What an interesting character.

I put so much work into these! They're a labor of love. The base is casted from epoxy resin and then painted. The hollow hearts are filled with gems and sequins and then sealed with a heart resin window. Then paint the back of the ornament with liquid latex and let that dry. The purpose of the latex is to protect the finished piece from drips of the final coat of resin. After the final coat has dried (and each time I pour its 24 hours) then I drill the top and bottoms of the ornament and add a hook and add a sparkly bell/bead. Phew. The Demon Slayer ornaments were too thin to add a bell/bead to it. I may make more Demon Slayer characters in 2026 and put them on bases instead of ornaments. Who knows? I have such a back log.... I am so happy with how these coasters turned out!! It has taken lots of trials and errors but I finally have figured out how much resin I need to make a nice filled out coaster. The pictures don't do justice! There is a tiny bit of iridescent glitter in there which makes it even more magical.

I am well! I took a mini break after the Toy Fair was done and chilled out. This lovely angel coaster is available to adopt on my FB Marketplace.

I took a break from making stuff for the Toy Fair. Sometimes you just gotta say 'I have made enough stuff' and that's that. I've been working full-time and I've been playing around on my days off.

My goal for this mini project was to use up what I had. Can't buy anything. So I pulled out my falling apart Death Scythe and painted him up with some AK Paint Markers. Then pulled out my rhinestones and glued them one by one with Padico UV resin.

I think he's magical. And it was nice to have a quick project.💕

A display of our hard work!! Last year we bought a foam cutter and my partner made us display boxes to showcase our charms for future events. The mirrors are magnetic and each charm has a little magnet glued to them.

I am happy with how they turned out. The gold is a nice finishing touch.
