I am empty

After today I have no reason to keep going. My one motivation will be gone. Life isn’t worth living without her.

If I don’t have my dog to motivate me to exist what am I supposed to do? I’m losing my whole world in less than 14 hours. I don’t want her to suffer but I don’t want her to experience the pain of euthanasia. I’m so fucking terrified.

I’m mentally and physically exhausted from my fur child being sick. I don’t have anymore money to take her back to the vet and I don’t get paid for another week. Also didn’t get my full hours at work because of her getting sick so my check is going to barely be enough to cover the bills. I don’t know what else to do and no one in my personal life seems to understand.
