Hung up some bamboo shades today from @homedepot. I got 4 of them for $200 which is a steal when it comes to window treatments. For the record, hanging shades is a lot harder than it looks.

I'm a little late to the gold party, but I picked up some Rustoleum gold spray paint for $3.76 at @homedepot and classed up these ikea buckets. I'm on gold spray painting binge right now. Next time you see my house it will look like King Midas sneezed on it. #gold #ikeahack #interiordesign

Was trying to buy a container for Q tips today but couldn't find anything I liked. Then I found an empty mason jar lying around and it was the perfect size. Sometimes things you already have can be used to serve a different function. And it's true, you can use mason jars for just about anything.
