Obvs pissed off at Teo for doin somethin so stupid, but also pissed at the fact that drinking is glorified so much and I'm not even surprised when I hear of these situations.

I still think it's bullsh*t to kick him out for this, but do I think he should be suspended for a comeback (or two) yes, of course. Punishment is needed, but kicking him out for it?

Stop promoting drinking for f sakes! On special holidays, a glass or two of wine, sure why not. Every time you freakin' go out with friends? Uncessary, and unhealthy.
