Basically dude went back to his old ways once they got out the villa.
He asked her to be his gf b/c he got caught up due to being around each other 24/7. Once they went back to their normal lives he didn't bother to even make it work, it was her doing all the leg lifting. She also said they argued a lot.
I know distance makes it hard but chile Marvin made more of an effort to see Chase but couldn't do the same with Mel.

But she says she's moving on, which she should, since this man a hot mess. He only started interacting with her again due to the show and social media is the only place where he responds to her. It's his lost not hers.
