These are all such sweet suggestions! A lot of these are adorable and I would love to be asked them, but sadly most of the time I’ve been out to my CG about regression has been spent in quarantine (*cue grumpy baby here*). Here are some more things that make me little!

Good ideas for starting an age regression or little space journal:

Write and draw about your dream little space room with things like a stuffie corner or snack bar

Write about your ideal caregiver and write things like 'what is your favourite thing to do when happy/ sad'

Cover an entire page with stickers

Draw your favourite stuffies and write about who they are and what they like to do with you and why they are your friend/ one of your favourites

Draw about your favourite season or months

Draw a pretty picture of anything you want, just have fun

Write your own song

Go to the park or the beach and write and draw about what you saw and did while you were there

And remember to have fun,friends!
