Finished the @pokemongoapp #KantoTour event about 30 minutes ago. Only found 14 shinies in 12 hours. Highly disappointed. Plus, one third of my spawns were either Oddish, Scyther, Growlithe, and Ekans... Yet, no shinies for either Ekans nor Scyther... I heard people saying they got thirty or more shinies. Huh? How? The most prevalent starter I saw was Charmander. Saw three Bulbasaur total. The 5 Star raids were rigged. I couldn't catch Articuno not Zapdos in any pokeball. Each attempt was 8 and 13 respectively. My total shinies were 4 Growlithe, 1 Electabuzz, 3 Dratini (not enough Dratini candies to get Dragonites), 1 Lickitung (cool shiny), 1 Hitmonlee, 3 Oddish (hoping for 4), and 1 Diglett (would've liked 2).... Loved that they played music from Red and Blue for the hourly locales (Pallet Town, Pewter City, Cerulean City, Fuschia City, the Pokémon League) Truly this event as it was should have been over 2 days adding more locales in with shiny rates a bit higher than they were. Plus, trading with 3 friends to get a shiny Pokemon is not convenient right now. Also, having to evolve all the necessary Pokémon to complete certain Collection tasks was not easy with the lack of those Pokémon showing up. Outside raids, I saw Snorlax once and failed to catch it. Snorlax was supposedly going to photobomb.
