The Fault In Our Stars - The Movie :)
As I've said in my previous post, TFIOS was the first book I finished reading EVER. I cried a lot, fell in love with the love for each other of Hazel Grace Lancaster and Augustus Waters, and cried again. Their story is very inspiring and heart-breaking at the same time. It is not just a hype or something, maganda talaga ang story, promise! Almost everyone I know who read the book has the same reaction, "grabe".
Bilang the book I bought is the one with the "movie poster cover" (I don't know what that is called), I already knew that there will be an upcoming movie version of the book. I was sooo excited, and I watched it on it's first day palang, kahit madaming nanonood. Haha.
Okay, for me it was okay. Haha. I liked the book more, and I cried a whole lot more in the book, pero don't get me wrong, the movie was REALLY GOOD, nakakaiyak padin! They said TFIOS The Movie is one of the movies that has made justice for the book. I couldn't agree more because it's true. They've made some little adjustments to the movie, but it is still great. It is a heart-breaker, but romantic and sweet, and has some humors that makes the whole movie great. What I also loved about the movie is, super bagay si Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley as Hazel and Augustus. I can't imagine someone else portraying their roles.
TFIOS made me feel that no matter what and how heart-breaking the situation is, with love, you can still make your own little infinities and be happy even with a short-span of time. :) Ugh, I can't turn the things I realized into words. Haha. Basta, maganda!
I highly recommend the movie. You will surely fall in love with Hazel and Augustus' little infinites. Okay? Okay. :)
