since spamming you and checking out your blog which makes my heart bleed. i noticed when watching the series (only recently) that Mickey like has no eyebrows in the first few seasons and then by the end they are on point. Just something i noticed more looking at your gif-sets of S1 in comparison to S7 but yeah still love him to bits and you're blog <3 #bringbackMickey

Thank you so much ahh and I noticed that too. Noel is blonde and he dyed his hair for shameless so I think that's why he had no eyebrows in season one. Plus his face was always dirty lol

Sad rants :(

Rant one, Mickey's love for Ian- Okay Mickey loves Ian so fucking much that poor baby was so fucking heartbroken because of Ian so many times. No hate to Ian by any means. But just, he has never let his walls down for anyone. And then he meets this boy and sleeps with him once and that's a big thing for Mickey especially in his own Fucking house. And Mickey still seeing him afterwards? And agreeing to see Ian when he was obviously distressed (season 1 when Monica came back and Ian said "I need to see you") this is so cheesy but I honestly think that Mickey was hooked on Ian from their first fuck. And Mickey was so so scared, my poor baby. He was scared to love Ian. He was afraid of his own feelings. He didn't want to rely or love someone so much because he didn't want to be let down how he was his entire life. He didn't want to put down his walls for someone he thought would disappoint him. Mickey wanted to be independent and not give a shit. He didn't want to be "weak" but once mickey knew that loving Ian was something that would happen whether or not he liked it, he let his walls down. He let Ian knew that he cared. He took care of Ian. He revolved everything he did around Ian. He wanted Ian to know that he loved him. Mickey cares so fucking much about Ian and it scared him. But Mickey knew that everything would be okay (Idk s4 ish area) EVEN when he found out Ian was bipolar. Mickey knew that he could take care of him. All he wanted was Ian. All he wanted was to take care of Ian. Keep him safe. Love him. Be with him. And when Ian broke up with him Mickey was so sad. He wanted to make things work. He knew he could. And wen he went to jail he wanted to make everything better. He had a plan. And he knew (thought) that Ian would agree and everything would be perfect and they could have a perfect life in Mexico together. All mickey wanted was to be with Ian. He knew that Ian still loved him. I better mickey even wanted a wedding because he loves Ian so Fucking much. He even wanted to get a dog with Ian in season 4 (I believe it was) all mickey wants is Ian. To be happy with him. And duck does mickey deserve to get out of the southside and so does Ian Rant two, mickey deserved so much Fucking better- okay so in season 7 when Ian was talking with Trevor Ian called Mickey "fucking crazy" or something like that and it pisses me off so much. All mickey did was take care of you, so in return you insult him and call him a bad boyfriend. Of course he was fucked up, based on the shit he's been through who wouldn't be? Mickey grew up with a father who never loved him, and abused him. His father was a raging alcoholic and would lash out at anything. Mickey was absolutely terrified of him. Which reminds me- mickey was Fucking scared of Terry but if he touched Ian mickey would stand up to him because of his love for Ian. Mickey literally thought that Terry would eventually kill him because of him being gay. Mickey had to beat people up. He had to keep up a badass reputation or else his father would either beat him up really badly or fucking kill him. Mickey DIDNT sign up for this life, he was forced into it. Mickey has an absolutely horrible past and no one better call him bad for wanting to kill Sammi. That bitch had it coming. She was such an asshole. Mickey was protecting Ian. That's the only way he fucking knows how to that's what he was taught. Maybe it wasn't the best idea but mickey had good intentions. Mickey had to hide himself his entire life. He's such a soft bean and so caring and loving and he couldn't show it because he was scared. But then he let his walls down and eh didn't have to be scared anymore, because he had Ian. They were in it together. Mickey deserves to get out of the southside more than anyone. He technically is but he's on the run. It's not ideal.
