Gadgets for a Smart Home and modern Life style

Installed one of these Broadlink Kits from smikbox in my home in less than an hour. Very simple and works well, have managed to control from my phone and set up a series of steps. 

THEN: Connected to Google Assist using Tasker, so I can speak to my house using my phone. It was easier to do that I thought!

Home Automation Tips for Businesses

What an incredibly helpful project this! The LifeStyleGadgets sample DIY projects give you 9 places to start. I needed to do a few things to help with running of the bar, so started with the power pack, so I can reset the sound system (when it gets jammed) without getting in the car and tripping in on my day off. Then I added a power strip to control the router (needs to reset when it gets jammed) and a timer for a few other devices. 

Aghh.. So good.. so cheap !.. so easy to instal. Cant wait to try the others.
