I never told you this… But i hate my name, because it always reminds me of how i wasn't planned, how my family would have been better off without me, how much my mother regrets having me. She really wanted to abort me when she accidentally fell pregnant, but abortions were so looked down upon she was basically forced to birth me, no matter how much she hated me. She didn't even think of a name for me, she just gave me her middle name.

I hate my name, i hate it because she would always tell me how she wished she just would have gotten rid of me when she had the chance, how the family could have possibly afford more food if it wasn't for me.

I hate my name, it always reminds me that there was no thought behind it, because my mother didn't want me, how she hated me and how everyone would have been better off and happier if i just didn't exist.

My name reminds me that i wasn't wanted, that i wasn't welcomed to the family i was birthed into, that i was nothing more than a burden and a regret. I couldn't even choose myself a nickname, they would always just bring me back to the reasoning of why i chose to use a different name.
