Lost Mr.Ring-A-Ding Film [ALTERNATE UNIVERSE]

(This is not real lost media. This is purely fiction!)

My family and I were out shopping at garage sales and estate sales. To my knowledge, the estate sale we attended featured an extensive collection of vintage film reels, including cartoons from the 1940s and 1950s. The seller's grandfather used to play these when he was an employee at a local movie theater downtown. What the seller told me is that there's this Mr.Ring-A-Ding short where Mr.Ring-A-Ding met a lovely moth lady named Moonlight Menadora, a local night club singer in sunny town. However, this Moonlight Menadora character didn't last long due to parents complaining about the way she looks. This cartoon was her only appearance, and it is the only copy that remains, as other theaters have since pulled the film from their inventory. The only theater that continued playing the reel after its ban was the Palazzo in Miami, Florida, which is infamously known for the missing fifteen of 1952.

I was planning to create this animatic months ago, but I was either busy or not motivated to do so. The audio is from the Latin American Spanish dub of the 1970s anime Candy Candy. I may be bilingual, but English is my first language, and I'm bad at doing translations for subtitles, so I had a Spanish-speaking friend help me with the subtitles.
