Long before the Beatle girlfriends were found out by the Press, there was speculation in the newspapers about how a Beatle Girl would dress. This article from 7 October 1963 made sure to get John and Paul's opposing opinions on stockings.

George's future wife Pattie Boyd stars in the fashion shoot despite not having even been cast in A Hard Days Night yet. She wouldn't meet George for another five months. Cynthia was discovered pushing Julian's pram at the end of this month, Jane was seen out with Paul in December and Maureen stayed hidden until she risked her second holiday with Ringo, Paul and Jane Asher in May 1964.

So technically this is the first Beatles Girl to appear in the press as a Beatles Girl. Well done Daily Herald for choosing George's future bride before he did.
