I found this Bratz designs by the fashion illustrator and designer  @haydenwilliamsillustrations and fall in love with them! I really like all the outfits, so I decided to recreate them for The Sims

hello! first of all, thank you for following my simblr and making this milestone happen!

as i’ve been creating more content over time, i decided to establish a dedicated patreon page for my cc. i don’t have any plans in terms of tiers at the moment - but stay tuned for updates regarding that later (if there are any lol)!

back to the loungewear set! i wanted to create more comfy outfits, plus i was also inspired by some cute color combos which i saw online :)

Artz Living Room - CC Pack

Hi guys!

My new line “Artz Living Room” is here! I started this pack with a Chaise Sectional I always wanted to have in TS4, this sofa is made for functional use so I think it’s very cool for any living room.

Also you can use this as a Divan. Pretty isn’t it?

Another cool object is this Bar Cart, it comes in two versions: end table and a functional bar cart! both with custom slots so you can decorate it as you want.

Shelves are absolute helpful when you try to organize your Sims home, I made 5 different designs with a lot of custom slots!

This line comes with a lot of swatches as well!

lock the doors of the unit you want for your household only, and then post an advertisement for roommates to get sims to live in the other units

the gallery thumbnail is astonishingly hideous (it’s a sad, dark willow creek lot) but i swear it looks good in-game on the proper lot. also looks quite nice on the ‘Hedgehog and Hare’ lot (cafe) in Windenburg

Modern Living CC Stuff

Fully Base Game Compatible

I was really inspired to create a bunch of Modern styled objects, so I hope you enjoy! Creating this pack was long learning process, but it was worth it. I learnt so much, so this should improve my future creations! 

Contains 13 Objects, 10 are completely new, 3 are previous objects I have created, but I redid the swatches from the ground up to match the other objects. Apart from Green & White in the screenshots, all objects have at least 5 other swatches (most have more) that match with all other objects.

To find all the CC in Build/Buy, search for “[Modern Living]” (With square brackets) and all the CC will be displayed.

If you use my older versions of the 3 included in this pack, keep them as the swatches are completely different, they will not conflict.

Information About Specific Items

The “Stackable Book” found in Clutter can in fact be placed on top of one another! You can also place “Small” clutter on it, like the Pear picture frame.

The “Cutting Corners TV Stand” has clutter slots on all 3 levels!

Essa Kitchen - Modern Kitchen Set with 14 New Objects

Just like Shaker and Lennox kitchens, I like making a modern counterpart using the first kitchen as a base then changing up the front design to give a different look. Essa is that modern counterpart to Mina Kitchen. I also wanted to try a few new things with this set like a seamlessly open upper cabinet and a large all-glass pendant. I really love the simple design of this kitchen and will be another great option for the modernist amongst us.

This was one of the themes I was pondering for my previous milestone (which ended up being the Fisherman’s Nook set instead), but I’m glad I could utilize it for this gift instead. My largest set to date, and most ambitious when it comes to effects.
