Judy's love language! ♥ Female bunnies will often "punch" or box their potential mate! She's courting him & just doesn't know it! Throughout both the first & second films, Judy probably didn't even realize what she was actually doing, & no one else ever mentions it, including Nick himself. I'm honestly hoping Nick will start to question Judy's behavior in the third film. Just imagine, as she's trying to explain herself, she has this moment where it all just clicks, & she finally realizes exactly what those punches mean! ♥ Something I noticed after putting all of them together like this, is that there's a very distinct difference in how Judy punches Nick in the first movie compared to the second! The first time Judy ever punches Nick, she's noticeably holding back. Her punch is much more gentle. But as she gets to know him better & starts to feel more comfortable around him, her punches start to become more aggressive!

Here you go! ♥ It's so cute how Nick seems initially surprised & trips over his words a little bit at Judy's gesture for him to speak, like he was fully expecting her to take the lead again & would've been fine with it, but Judy wants Nick to feel seen & heard, so she gives him the chance to say his piece, & just looks so proud & adoring as he finally gets to have his moment to shine. By the end of his speech, you can tell that the gesture made him so happy! ♥

Also really love how Nick's speech mirrors Judy's from the end of the first film! Now that they've both had their moment to speak separately, I hope the speech at the end of the third film comes from both of them together! (Please ignore the odd colors! Y'all wanted HD, but this is still a camera rip, so something had to give.)

This frame in particular makes me so indescribably happy, you have no idea! Nick channeling Judy's energy & optimism, & Judy's adorable toothy smile & thumbs up! Nick was such a calm & laid back character throughout the first film & half of the second. It's so wonderful to see him coming more out of his shell & matching Judy's excitable energy!

Both Nick & Judy at different points knocked down someone standing in their way, before running desperately up a flight of stairs to try to save each other.

These scenes mirror each other almost perfectly. But where Nick failed to catch Judy, she succeeded in saving his life. Remember Nick's desperation in the lodge? He was reaching out to Judy, but she wasn't listening. It was only when she finally reached back that she was able to do what he couldn't, & it gave them both the courage to say all the things they couldn't say before.
