The sound of the ocean’s waves brought her peace of mind amid the chaos of the inner city. Her arrival on this island was nothing short of a confusing and infuriating debacle. And, by all means, that should have meant that her rage would not be quelled by something as simple as that. Not given the current state of her existence. She knew that something within her had ‘changed’ from the moment she regained consciousness. The deep, boundless rage she held within her had been quelled, to some extent. Though still present, it wasn’t of the caliber that one would fear from someone bearing the title of a Berserker.

Several people had commented on her appearance thus far, even uttering that accursed word at her. However, despite being very much annoyed by it, that was the extent of her feelings. She’d simply cast them a dirty look or ignore them outright, whereas before she would have been prepared to issue threats of physical harm at the mere insinuation of it. That word which triggered such a violent change in her now had little effect. But why was that?

There were still many things about this island that she did not know. But she would seek out the answers in due time. For now, the irritation that she had built up was being swept away, not by gruesome acts of violence, but by the tide at her feet. Her eyes remained clothes, a complicated smile forming upon her face as she basked in a moment of peace that, oddly, she had not experienced in quite some time..

It was a sight that, normally, would have given people pause. However, for whatever reason, this city seemed to be out of sorts. Or perhaps they were used to this kind of thing? The sight of a young woman walking down the street while drenched in blood. Shortly after her arrival, she had run into numerous individuals who had addressed in a.. less than friendly tone, so to speak. And while she could normally overlook such behavior, the hostility thrown her way was far too intense to be written off as people simply venting their frustrations.

Yes, she might have beaten these people to a bloody pulp. Not unprovoked, mind you. And certainly not to the point of death. But she was not the kind of person to go picking a fight with. Especially when she herself wasn’t in the best of moods. Who would be, finding oneself in a strange location without any recollection of how they even arrived here or how to leave. Instead of trying to make sense of it all, now she had to deal with abnormally angry people at every corner.

Mad enhancement machine broke. Can’t tear out people’s throats in a blind rage for hitting on me. Will still beat up anyone that looks like Achilles, though. Like this for a non event starter! Capping at 5, but castmates are exempt.
