So, how did Beckett and Frankie survive?

A speculation, really. I pulled together the pieces of what I could, because sometimes a character's survival story just won't leave your head, especially when there so much missing information and not a lot to go on. I've been working on a side comic to explore that.

And that character for me right now is Fallout 76's Beckett.

I've scoured the wiki and reddit, and have unfortunately not found much else than what the game itself provides.

So how does a (rough approx) 10 year old boy from Maryland manage to survive the bombs with his 5 year old brother, raise himself and his sibling, protect them, and some how ends up at 35 years old in west Virginia, in fairly good physical condition?

He paid that price mentally I think. You can hear it in Andrew Morgado's voice work in the game.

So I made this short comic conveying a potential explanation between Beckett and my 76er, Jonathan Graves.

I really wanted to draw Frankie and Ayla together and unfortunately there wasn't any art for her... so I just listened to her holotape and drew her the way I imagined her.

okay... I'm actually surprised this came out decently. 😅 took me 4 hours to draw.

2105 is when I headcannon Arthur (a prewar convict) showing up in his son's life. 3 years after Graves left vault 76.

The first half is what he looked like before the bombs fell.
