Possibly my last quote from the “Manage Your Day...” Book - highly recommend it for inspiration wrapped up in a quick read. 📖 I’m looking forward to getting the other two books in the series from U99. ✅ In the meantime this part of the book reminded me how important it is to fuel your creativity daily. To make room for other projects that aren’t for clients so your brain can relax from the stress of deadlines. For me this means making time to create with my hands - even if it’s just baking bread or digging in the garden. Getting my hands dirty and creating beautiful things, as practical as they are helps me to be more productive when I’m back in the office. My creative brain actually uses that down time to problem solve in the background and the result is successful design work. 😉 Simply put - a balanced life is the best way to be creative long term.
