Something about the deep unfairness in how Chuck Harm and Press Secretary Carson were given soft deaths, metaphorically passing quietly of old age, while everyone else struggled and bled and screamed and choked. Something about the metaphor of the people in power, even if they turned kinder, even if they saw what they could have been, being offered refuge that they denied the people they ground underfoot. Something about that huh.

I don't think its unfair since critically they are both killed by Val, so both of their deaths may have been "kind" but fundamentally that is a lie.

Paige and our crew get tragic deaths, no one gets to live in the end, but our heroes have real lives that end in real death.
