Day 1 summary of nyc vacation:

Last minute flight change. Partner in hospital for dangerous levels of a prescription he's taking (his doctor called him and left two messages while we were flying out). Forgot to pack shorts so we had to go shopping. AC in hotel room broke at midnight (it was 77° in the room). Partner chokes on own saliva, the excessive saliva caused by another prescription he's taking, at 4am and almost suffocates.

Happy Pride month to all the asexuals who were sexually active in their youth/young adulthood only to find out it's not normal to feel like you have to perform sexuality in order to be desirable and lovable. To the asexuals who feel like imposters because they've been sexually active in the past and/or have enjoyed sexual activity. You're seen, you're not alone, you're still asexual, you're not unlovable. 🫶
