Do try making this lip-smacking Zunknka with limited ingredients and serve it along with garma garam Bhakri. #quarantinerecipes #zunkarecipe #maharashtrainrecipes भाज्या संपल्यावर घरात उपलब्ध असलेल्या फक्त कोथिंबीरी पासुन झणझणीत असा झुणका आज आपण बनवणार आहोत. कोथिंबिरीचा झुणका बनवण्यासाठी एक वाटी बेसन घ्या त्यात १ वाटी पाणी मिसळा चिमूटभर हळद आणि मीठ घालून बेसनाचा सरसरीत असा घोळ तयार करा गुठळ्या राहणार नाहीत याची खास काळजी घ्या आता पॅन मध्ये २ चमचे तेल तापवा मग त्यात ३ ते ४ लसणाच्या पाकळ्या ठेचून घाला अर्धा चमचा मोहोरीव जिऱ्याची फोडणी करा फोडणी तडतडली कि मग यात जाडसर चिरलेला कांदा  घाला   वरून यात एक मूठभर बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर घाला आणि परतून घ्या आता यावर चिमूटभर हळद आणि चवी पुरत मीठ घाला आणि बेसनाचा घोळ मिसळा मंद आचेवर बेसन घोटायला सुरु करा सर्व गुठळ्या मोडा ५ मिनिट घोटल्यानंनतर झुणका एकजीव होऊन त्याचा गोळा तयार होईल आता झाकण लावून मंद आचेवर झुणका शिजू घ्या ५ मिनिटानि तयार होईल कोथिंबिरीचा झुणका
