So, erm. That finale, right? Had the pleasure of watching it in theaters with a friend, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience watching it there. To feel everyone’s energy and reactions was everything I’d hoped for.
I definitely have my gripes here and there, but overall I liked it. The ending was bittersweet, and as much as I’ve grown attached to Jax, I believe that ending fit her. It’s a cautionary tale, and I believe stories of that nature should be explored more.

@fortlinard this was also one that i had to go looking for but i felt like you had to have drawn tango before and RIGHT I WAS!! i am really bad at this style, it definitely doesn't look as good as yours here, but maybe I'll practice some day and make a better version of this piece XD he looks kinda funky here but your design with the eyes is so cool!!!

Funfact: I stopped drawing for quite some time because I felt like I wasn't good enough and didn't stop comparing myself to these big, crazy talented artists (not realizing that they also had to work to get as great at drawing, painting, sculpting, etc. as everyone else, if that makes sense)
Then I saw a random clip on tiktok, talking about how perfectionism kills joy, so I just started drawing for myself
