Sometimes I cheat on beer with a little wine. And given my love of foxes, I'm totally in love with this label found on a bottle from France.
Hadn't been to the mat in over a week. It was a bit rough, but immensely satisfying. Tonight's post-yoga beer? dogfish 60 Minute IPA. Nugget wants some, but she cannot haz.
First Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season, pumpkin loaf and the Harvest Festival episode of Parks and Recreation. And in a few minutes, we are going to start decorating our apartment for fall.
I am so happy right now.
happy September!
This. This is the song of my people.
totally mastered the last pose
Bahaha, yes!
Puppies and pale ale.
Love weekends at the pool and the laziness of summer. But real talk? That tumbler is filled with pumpkin beer. So. Ready. For. Fall.
I need this shirt in my life. From BrewerShirts: http://www.brewershirts.com/beer_yoga/will_yoga_for_beer_womens_flowy_racerback_tank.html
If I made beer, I’d name it Responsibly. Think of all the free advertising.
Amazing.
About to head out to yoga. Tonight's intention? "It is in me."
I was going to wait until September to crack open my first pumpkin beer. But Flying Dog's new pumpkin IPA, The Gourd Standard, was just too intriguing to ignore.

Love this. Sometimes you just need a reminder.
I'm usually curious when a brand does something special or off-the-beaten path. For example, I think it's great that Union Craft Brewing brews a specialty Belgian pale ale called Broken Record in support of ALS research. I'm sure I would have totally enjoyed it otherwise, but beer tends to go down easier when I know it's for a good cause.
This: “...for a large brand like Lululemon to craft a universal product such as the Curiosity Lager and then publicly label that beer as property of 'Man Island' is a wasted opportunity, in addition to being needlessly exclusionary. The Curiosity Lager, in spite of its limited distribution, had the potential to be an innovative marketing move that endeared the brand to both genders. Instead, they're alienating their female beer-drinking fan base by saying, 'No, no. This isn't for you. Stick to your yoga pants and cosmopolitans.'”
