Turn The Young Jack Sparrow Books Into A TV Show On Disney+

Had a dream where i managed to find some super rare graphic novel version of Sins of the Father (which does not exist in real life) and I was so excited because finally!! Something that would have a drawn, full color version of Fitzy!

But then I saw the art style and realized it was the same design used in the Young Jack Sparrow comic for the abandoned Six Sea Shanties anthology.

Aka the design that made Fitzy look like a weird 35 year old with a botched nose job:

Everyone else? They looked amazing; Jack and Teague looked like actual younger versions of their movie selves. Lawerence looked like he had been modeled off Jack Davenport to give that familial resemblance. Lil' 6-year-old James was too cute.

Only Fitzy had the terrible design. 😮‍💨

At least the spread of Teague punching Lawerence Norrington looked totally badass...

I always have dreams like this. They’re my favorite dreams and then I wake up sad bc there’s no merch of the books 🥲

I also once had a dream that there was an announcement for a young Jack Sparrow series and they even revealed who was playing him. I immediately googled his name when I woke up and he does not exist LOL

@missiemoosie They’re adorable but so funky, especially when the original art style of the books already fits in perfectly with the Swashbucklers art style 😂

And speaking of bad designs, I think of the concept art for young Jack. I would love to see the original sketch bc it’s so primitive, but why did they color him like that for this magazine 😫
