Feeling sensitive and emotional is okay. Feeling like you are about to tear up, feeling weak, feeling as if you have reached your limit - all of this is okay. You are not overreacting. You are not being dramatic. You are not unnormal. Let your emotions out. Let the tears roll. Let the pain come. You need to feel it in order to heal it, my love.
