Itās effectively taken me a year and a half to lose ten kg because I keep doing so well and then gaining again and then loosing and then gaining and fuck I feel like such a failure I should have been at my gw long long ago

I gained 5 kg from a bit of a binge fast episode it only lasted a week so hopefully some of this is water weight but my motivation is how good I felt going to sleep when I weighed 47 kg... feeling my hip bones dig into my bed and just being content and happy with myself. My bestie texted me tonight to ask about that yummy low cal microwave pumpkin pie recipe that I used to eat all day every day. Truth be told, I completely forgot what it was and this is no bueno because it is delicious.
I couldnāt find the original on my blog, but I did some digging and found the recipe online!Ā
2-Minute Low Calorie Pumpkin Pie
If you need a little something to satisfy your sweet tooth, whip up this 75-calorie pumpkin pie for one. This simple recipe, with a bit of whipped cream on top (or greek yogurt as a substitute) is enough to fool a lie detector test. It only takes 2 minutes to make, but the end result tastes as delicious as traditional, calorie-packed pie.
Ingredients:
½ cup pumpkin puree (try to get the simple pumpkin kind, not the pumpkin pie filling kind with loads of sugar)
¼ cup egg whites (from an egg or carton)
Sweetener (Agave, Truvia, Real Sugar, Splenda, etc) (or eliminate it all together)
Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
A Bit oā Vanilla Extract
Directions: āØMix together all ingredients. If you prefer a flan-like texture, add more pumpkin; if you prefer a cake-like texture, add more egg whites. Microwave for 2 minutes. Use a mix of Greek yogurt, hazelnut cream cheese, and pumpkin pie spice for icing. Top with toasted pecans if you want to!
